Licensed Unarmed Security Officer - Metro Phoenix
Arizona Veteran Security is seeking qualified unarmed security officers for protection of our a client sites in Phoenix.
Position: Licensed Security Officer
Shift: All shifts available
Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Have a current AZ DPS unarmed security guard card to apply
- Valid drivers license and vehicle to report to job site
- Smart phone with a data plan and the ability to operate apps
- Current and working email address
- Must be drug free
- Able to operate a golf cart
Physical Requirements
- Stand or walk constantly (for up to an entire shift) on various surfaces
- Climb stairs or ramps during shift
- Occasionally bend/twist at waist/knees/neck to perform duties
- Lift or carry up to 25 pounds
- Constant use of both hands and arms in reaching/handling/grasping while using phone, notepad, writing reports
- Constant use of eyes (correctable vision to normal level required) to observe, read, interact with public and co-workers
- Work in various environments including adverse outdoor conditions such as cold, rain or heat
- Constant mental alertness and attention to detail
